These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by GlobalCore Trading - F.Z.E (Trade Licence No. 43715), Office C1-1F-SF11108, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact and delivery details within the UAE.

2. Products and prices

All products are brand new and genuine. We describe them as accurately as possible. Prices are in AED, include VAT and may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. If an item was listed at an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel orders for stock or verification reasons and will refund any amount paid in full.

4. Payment

Payment options are described on our Payment Methods page. Buy-now-pay-later plans are agreements between you and the provider.

5. Delivery, returns and warranty

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, except where UAE law provides otherwise.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected.
