Every product carries the manufacturer warranty stated on its product page (1–2 years depending on the brand), counted from the date of delivery.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is not covered

• Physical or liquid damage, misuse or unauthorised repairs
• Normal wear and tear and consumables

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the issue. We arrange repair or replacement with the brand, or refund the item if neither is possible.
