Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy from established wholesalers in Dubai's Baniyas and Deira markets. Each listing states the condition and, where relevant, whether it is an international or regional version.
What do New, Open box and Used mean?
New items are sealed. New without box and Open box are unused or lightly handled items without original sealed packaging. Used items are pre-owned and tested before dispatch.
How fast is delivery?
Usually the same day in Dubai for orders confirmed before 4 pm, and 1–2 working days for other emirates. See our Shipping policy.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 20.00 and free on orders over AED 300.00.
Can I check the item before paying?
Yes. With cash on delivery, open and check the item in front of the courier. If it is not right, refuse it and pay nothing.
Can I pay in instalments?
Interest-free pay-in-4 with Tabby and Tamara is available at checkout where shown. See Payment methods.
Can I return an item?
Faulty, damaged, wrong or not-as-described items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. See our Return & refund policy.
Do items come with warranty?
New items carry the warranty shown on the product page. Used and open-box items have a 7-day checking warranty unless stated. See our Warranty policy.
Why did you call me after I ordered?
Stock comes directly from wholesale partners, so we confirm availability and your address before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
