These terms apply to every purchase on this website. The website is operated by GlobalCore Trading - F.Z.E, licence no. 43715 issued by the Ajman Free Zone Authority, Office C1-1F-SF11108, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, UAE ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United Arab Emirates to place an order.
2. Products and listings
We describe products and their condition (New, New without box, Open box or Used) as accurately as we can. Photos may be representative; colour and packaging can vary slightly. Specifications are provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Our prices follow the wholesale market and can change at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may cancel at no cost.
4. Orders and availability
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order with you. Stock comes from wholesale partners and can sell out quickly; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order. Any amount you paid for a cancelled item is refunded in full.
5. Payment
We accept the methods listed on our Payment methods page. For cash on delivery, please pay the courier only after checking the item. Instalment payments through third-party providers are subject to that provider's own terms and approval.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
See our Return & refund policy and Warranty policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
8. Cancellation by you
You may cancel free of charge any time before the order is out for delivery by contacting us on the contact details on our Contact page.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, place false orders or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of data, profit or business.
11. Trademarks
Brand names and logos belong to their owners. We are an independent reseller and are not an authorised agent of every brand we sell unless stated.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ajman, without affecting your right as a consumer to use any UAE consumer-protection channel.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the website when you place an order applies to that order.
