- Order details: name, mobile number, email (optional for cash on delivery), emirate, area and delivery address, order notes and items purchased.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Payment data: online and instalment payments are processed by the payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

- To process, deliver and support your order, including contacting you by phone or WhatsApp.
- To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
- To improve our store and, if you agree, to show you relevant offers.
