Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE. We do not ship outside the UAE.
Delivery times

Times start once your order is confirmed. Busy periods, public holidays, weather or remote addresses can add time; we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs AED 20.00 per order and is free on orders over AED 300.00. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Order confirmation
Because stock comes directly from wholesale partners, we confirm availability with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable.
On delivery
- Please check the item in front of the courier before paying or signing.
- A valid ID may be requested for high-value orders.
- If nobody is available, we will contact you to rearrange. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.
